Delivered when they said they would and on time, the food was piping hot and really good, excellent portions and pleasant delivery driver. Ordered at 6.45 on a Saturday night and was delivered at 7.20pm very good.

Food is always excellent from Samuels. It is the best quality Indian cooking in Sale and area only opinion. It is more expensive than most, but this is reflected in the quality of ingredients / dishes and preparation. It is a very professional outfit and you get what you pay for. Unfortunately our food took over 1hr 35 minutes, which is not normally the case. It was “due” in app in 1hr 5. When I rang the man sounded stressed and said he would call me back. He didn’t unfortunately. I am sure they were busy, it was Saturday night. The app is functional - pretty basic in design and doesn’t say how spicy the various dushes are, which would be useful for people wanting to try something new. Overall I would recommend Samuels and will definately order again.

Item missing from order. It took them over an hour to get it to us with us having to phone several times and them saying twice on the phone that it would be here in five minutes! We have been a regular customer but wont be ordering from them again.
